sign up and schedule a meet & greet

You've had a chance to poke around our website, and now you're ready to take the next step and sign up using our Client Portal on Time to Pet. We've created this (hopefully very helpful) step by step guide to assist you in signing up.

From the Sign In | Sign up link on our menu, click on the Create One link.

Please fill out your Full Name, Email Address, Primary Phone, and any message you would like to send us, and then click the green "Create Your Account" button. You will want to go check your email now.

Your email will contain a Login Link to click on, and you will be prompted for your temporary password.

After you have logged in with your temporary password you will be prompted to create a new password. The password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one symbol or number.

Our Policies & Procedures page will come up next, please read through it, and scroll to the bottom where you will type your name as an electronic signature, and click the green "I Agree to the Terms" button. You can download a copy of our policies and procedures here, and can always access it from your profile.

After you have agreed to the policies and procedure, you will be taken to the "My Info" tab where you can finish filling in all required address information.

Now it's time to schedule the meet and greet! Click on the SCHEDULE link at the top, and then the blue Request New Service button.

On the Select Dates tab, click the Single Day radio button, and then click on the calendar icon to choose your preferred date.

All Pets will automatically be selected, and you can leave that as is. Click the Select a service drop down menu, and choose New Client Meet & Greet.

Currently meet & greets can occur Monday - Friday, between 4:30pm and 7:00pm, or Saturday between 9:00am and 1:30pm. Please enter the exact time you would like to schedule the meet & greet in the Additional Details box, and then click Add & Continue.

Make sure everything looks okay, and click the green Submit Request button.

The SCHEDULE tab will show that you have 1 request pending approval at the top, and details about the request will appear at the bottom of the page. You can also request changes to your pending service here. Once we have had a chance to verify your request, we will send you an email confirmation. If we cannot accommodate the time you requested, we will reach out and find a time that works for both of us.

You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the meet & greet.
