We LOVE Woofgang and especially this location. Always clean, always so friendly and Miranda does an amazing job on our girls’ grooms!! I trust them with my two dogs, and know they are being loved on and cared for when they go to grooming.
Great product selection too!!!!!!!! The owner does an amazing job. :)

amazing little store in a busy Publix center. The treats table was so nice & inviting, definitely a great stop for that special treat for your furry family members.
Owner Lauren is there and knows her customers - she really cares!

5/5 stars !!! I was recommended by a friend & i am so glad i took her up on this place ! They are so welcoming and sweet as soon as you walk in the door ! I called on Tuesday and had an appointment Wednesday! It was my little boys first groom and he did amazing I was told !! He looks so handsome and I can’t get over how good he smells ! I am so so happy with how they did ! I can’t remember who did his grooming but she was amazing! Peanut got well taken care of and lots of love ! One of the lady’s up front even took a cute picture of him ! Definitely will be back for his next haircut ! Pricing is very reasonable!

I'm so upset right now. I've been taking my 12+ yo Goldendoodle to this location since we moved here in Aug. 2023. The first few times I was extremely satisfied with the communication, the staff, the store and his grooming....despite the high cost, I felt it was worth it. About 6 months ago things started going downhill with the communication, the length of his visits and the price increasing each time. Today was the final straw. 6 wks ago, he had an appt for a full groom, but ended up with a "mini groom" because of staffing issues. His hair grows fast and he gets very hot. When I booked todays appt, I specifically asked for a shorter "summer cut" with his groom. I said leave the paws, tail and head like usual. I asked for anal glands but not teethbrushing. He was dropped of at 10 AM for his appt. At 4:20 I still hadn't received a call. When I called to see if he was ready, I was told not til 5:30. Said they were short staffed. I showed up at 6:00 and he still was NOT ready. They said he had a full groom, anal glands and teethbrushing. I reminded them that I didn't want the teeth, so she said she deducted it, but charged me $25 because he was matted (because he didn't get a full groom last time). After paying $205 plus tip (so NOT deserved), he still wasn't ready at 6:20. I was given the option to take him home and bring him back the next day to finish! I said this was unacceptable and she couldn't even tell me how much longer it would be. She went back to check with the groomer who said she was finishing up and made the excuse that my dog was tired and wouldn't stand up, making it more difficult--Well he's a 12 yo 90 lb goldendoodle who had been there for 8+ hours already! I had to leave and my son was on his way to pick him up. I got a call that he was ready at 6:51!!! My son was just arriving. When they got home my dog looked horrible! He was shaved (not cut short) over his whole body except his tail. His paws looked raw and sore. They told my son he might be a little sore tomorrow--that never happened before! Since we've been home, its obvious that the dog is in pain. He will not sit for longer than 30 sec. He has had the dry heaves trying to vomit. He drank a ton of water (normal after a groom), but he hasn't eaten any dinner and he's breathing heavily and won't put any weight on his front right paw that looks crooked. He was a perfectly healthy dog this morning and everyone commented that he doesn't look or act like an old dog. My son and I are crying to see our baby in obvious pain and discomfort. We will be going to the vet tomorrow to see what is wrong. Although I felt bad for the front desk employee, she couldn't give me any answers about when my dog would be ready. She went back to take a picture of him to show me. His hair had not even been cut yet at 6:15 and I was frustrated that they didn't understand that I wanted a short cut. When I left without my dog and said I didn't want to pay that exorbitant fee for half a groom and have to come back the next day, she seemed frustrated. When I saw the hack job my dog came home with, I felt like they were punishing me for being upset with the 8+ hours my poor dog was there. She told me that he wasn't started until 3 PM!!!! FOR A 10 AM APPT!!!!!
I left a voicemail on their phone (crying)....let's see if I get a call back. But I will never go back again and I'm so sad that I gave them more chances after the last 3 grooms

Have brought our cavapoo here many times. The last 2 times I’ve brought our pup in for a bath only, they’ve taken it upon themselves to cut her hair around eyes / face and cut off her long eyelashes . The second time I specifically asked to not do any cutting of her hair and explained what happened the previous time . I was assured they would not cut any hair . So I was shocked when I picked her up and they had cut her hair around eyes and face and AGAIN cut her long eyelashes ! Each time I’ve asked for the owner to call me so I could make her aware and hopefully it wouldn’t happen again . She’s never called . I suppose she just doesn’t care about keeping customers satisfied so I’ll be trying a different place next time .

We rescued a very timid and scared 1 year old golden-doodle who had been dumped at a construction site with no tags, no chip, not neutered, scared and hiding. It took quite a bit to even meet him the first time as he just shook and barked and jumped backwards to hide when anyone tried to engage him at all.
I spoke with Lauren, the owner, and explained his situation, and that he was in terrible need of a cut. She explained that she had two groomers that were exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable concerning dogs with fears that would be able to help our puppy through his anxiety.
Well sure enough!! Kaitlyn was amazing with him. Getting on the floor when we came in to greet him, positive soft energy, that happy voice only real dog lovers have, and his favorite treats (which I brought for her) and our puppy actually walked on back to the grooming area with her without pulling or trying to get away. Only looking back at me once as I told him he was a good boy.
When he was ready, Lauren texted and I came back quickly to find a very clean, cute, nicely groomed dog who was excited to shop around the store with me checking out the cookies and the bones in particular. Leaving with an extra treat he seemed happy, relaxed, and most importantly un-traumatized.
Did I tell you that Lauren even sent me a photo taken during our puppy’s grooming when I was waiting!!
Our puppy looked great! They cut him exactly as we had requested. We wanted what was easiest for him.
We went back to visit the store yesterday. I want him to be use to going in. He saw Kaitlyn who greeted him like he was her long lost buddy.
I Feel blessed to have found Wolfgang bakery.
Lauren and her staff are highly recommended. They clearly love animals and are caring and professional and listen to the needs of the pets. Lauren and Kaitlyn quickly gained our puppy’s trust, which was honestly amazing!
