This group of vets were the best I have ever dealt with we took our cat in to get checked for breathing problems and not eating. i work in the medical field so I understand but my husband doesn't get the terms so the doctor explained everything perfectly and made us feel good about the fact that our beloved family members life was not going to be good if we decide to go through with all the medical things that was needed and they understood the fact that I just my father and helped me and my family too make the best decisions for my baby and the fact that we had to say goodbye to my baby . They were very compassionate and understanding of the fact that we had already lost somebody and that this was a hard goodbye. I would definitely go back to have them look at any of my beloved family members.

Our dog (Bella) was first seen by a tech who was caring and attentive to our situation. The vet who next tended to Bella was kind and professional. She was able to find a mass located any the back of the throat. We could not have had better care from beginning to end. The price was reasonable even though the care was first rate.

When it came time to say goodbye to our beautiful Springer Spaniel of 15 years, the staff and doctors at UrgentVet made this decision easier on us. They treated us and our girl Lilly with such compassion and caring. The transition for our beloved pet was peaceful and comfortable for all of us.
We had previously used them for routine care and would highly recommend them to anyone who is either visiting from out of state or who live in the area.

We had a late night scare with our doggo. Thanks to all the storms, the fire ants in our community have gotten out of hand. Unfortunately, Graham was bit and was having a pretty bad reaction… on Friday at 9pm of course.

Thankfully we were able to be seen within minutes, we were even greeted at the door by staff asking “is that Graham?” A short time later, we were on the way home. He went from puffy, swollen eyes to asking for popcorn.

We are so thankful for the speedy, incredibly kind and helpful staff. 💕 I know there isn’t much in the way of pricing on their site which made me slightly nervous… but they were very reasonable at $125 for the visit, only about $25 more than our normal vet. Thank you again for everything!

I’m writing this after we are finally home and settled. My first visit here was about a year ago I brought my puppy who got into something and needed to be checked. They did an amazing job and let me know under the circumstances at the time that there was another nearby professional who had better equipment and abilities for the situation.
This was actually extremely reassuring at the time that in that moment them he doctors put my pets health as top priority which it should always be, but isn’t t always the case.

Today my puppies older brother Max was playing ball and hooked himself while running on a bolt sticking out of a telephone pole and it needed attention and stitches at minimum. Our drive to URGENT VET was longer than our wait time to get infront of a doctor at 7:10pm
Once again they exceeded expectations and seriously when I got the bill I was shocked. No one plans for these things and their pricing for anesthesia, stitches, drain installation and meds was about a third of what I was expecting to pay. I’ll just say I’ve had less done for a lot more.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and I hope they are around for a really long time and keep hiring amazing staff like they currently have. Thank you guys again for all you have done for our pups, we seriously cant thank yall enough. ❤️

I would recommend UrgentVet. We are visiting Sarasota with our precious cockapoo Bonnie. She developed an issue with her eye and we needed to have her seen. We made an online appointment and we were seen right away! They took excellent care of her and diagnosed her issue quickly. We went home with eye drops and a happy pup. ❤️ Also reasonable cost.
