I just dropped in to this place to inquire about trimming my puppies nails. The man that greeted me was so welcoming and inviting for me to come back with her. I asked dumb questions as it is my first dog.. When I brought her back like 20 minutes later a young lady knew what my puppy was there for.. and was so super sweet! DESI came back with her pedicure and had love for all.. Thank you! Since I can add pictures of my dog I will!

The Paw Stop is beyond exceptional! What wonderfully kind & knowledgeable people! Wiley’s previous groomer for the past 10 yrs left the state leaving me frantic looking for a place that would treat him w/kindness & compassion. And, they did an astronomically stellar grooming!…..he was even more handsome (which I didn’t think possible!) & was sooo happy there! What extraordinarily talented, kind & special people they are. Very pleasant experience - scheduling was easy but he was booked out for almost a month when I made the appointment. One of my dogs has a long double coat and needed to be deshedded - she came home feeling so soft and smelling fresh as a daisy.

If you have a large dog who is sensitive about getting their nails clipped, they may skip that part of the service (mine tried to get off the table). Just keep that in mind if you have a skittish pup!

Excellent experience for my 2 senior pups. Very happy with the groom, the service was great and the pricing is right on with other groomers I’ve used in the area. What I really like here is that my dogs aren’t being stressed out by a room full of other dogs waiting their turn. The appointment was right on time and everything went great. I will be back!

I feel like my dog was very cared for, and I also feel like they went out of their way to make her pretty. I even showed up late because I was stuck in traffic which I felt bad about and they were still able to accommodate me. Highly recommend ❤️🙏🏼
