Heidi always go above and beyond to create a flawless and seamless experience for us and our pup, Maxie. She is cutting edge using holistic grooming methods, and always keeping her finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest. She treats each pup as if they were her own family. I can’t imagine taking our boy anywhere else. He always knows when we pull in exactly where he is and is beside himself with excitement. Heidi is one in a million and her love, passion and dedication resonate through everything she does, she’s been featured in magazines and her accolades are inspiring. We are so lucky as a community to have her.

Best experience ever! First time here and I ONLY have positive things to say: clean, kind, loving, meticulous cuts, and perfect for my little nervous dogs!!!! Heidi goes over the top with her customer care (pets and owners). I have two senior dogs and the bichonpoo is a very anxious little guy. I had no fear leaving my dogs there and was delighted when I picked them up to see they were not shaking and were not salivating like at other places. They came home happy and calm and with little doggie cuts of perfection. I already booked our next appointment and look forward to it. Oh yea, and doggie glamor shots at the end are a cute touch; see include pictures.

First I just want to say, WOW! This place is amazing! I dropped my Silky off Saturday at 12:30pm and she said her next appointment wasn’t until 2:30 so he would be ready around that time. This speaks so much about the groomer and her integrity. My fiancé and I went and grabbed lunch and while we were finishing up she texted me a picture of my dog and said he was ready! That is so amazing! We were used to bringing him somewhere where we would just drop him off in the morning and then he would be ready to be picked up when we got off work. She has a seat in the waiting room so you can wait and you can completely see everything going on! The place we used to bring him we would never see what went on behind the scene. When we picked him up he was in a little play pen with a little bed and everything and was able to socialize with other dogs through the play pen which I think is amazing! The groom was so clean and he’s still so soft from our Saturday appointment (today is Monday night). The way she groomed his face is absolutely adorable and you can really tell she knows what she’s doing and she’s passionate about her job. I’m going to take him a couple more places before deciding on one groomer because we took him in as a regime and he’s really the first dog I’ve ever gotten groomed (first dog I’ve ever owned not living with my parents) so I want to explore different options. However, I will say she has set the bar very very high and we will more than likely be returning as a loyal customer. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! And Bentley says thank you for making him look so handsome! :)

Our dog just turned 13 years old and every groomer we have tried has said they didn't want to groom him again. Melanie has welcomed Gunner with open arms. She has had nothing but good things to say about him!
We don't get the traditional schnauzer cut and Melanie was willing to cut him how we asked. She even takes his picture when she's done. I highly recommend this place!

Heidi is the Best to groom your Fur baby!! She grooms our Champagne and makes her look like a cream puff! Heidi is so Professional and kind for she really takes care of your precious baby! 🐩🐩

Does a wonderful job on our Levi's nails. Never cuts too close or makes him cry. Nails are always trimmed and buffed beautifully smooth with no jagged scratchy edges, and she's done before our nervous pup has a chance to get nervous. Knows what she's doing. Highly recommend...especially with nervous pups.
