They set up a beautiful natural looking wood and rock fresh water aquarium with live plants exactly as I asked for. They come every two weeks to maintain it for me and are always available for questions or help. They ordered in specific fish that I asked for and quarantined them before bringing them to me. I could not ask for a nicer more knowledgable team.

Travis and the team do a great job. I had a problem with a tank after hours on a Saturday and Travis had no problem coming out to the facility to advise me and fix the issue. This was above and beyond the call and it was excellent service. To this day we haven't had any problems with the service offered and we have a shiny tank full of healthy fish.

I have not used this company personally however; I have called them twice to request service because I’m am rather new to aquariums and not very knowledgeable. When I called them both times my issues were minor and they took the time to walk me through my problems over the phone. To me that shows amazing customer service and honesty.
