Leslie has a mobile grooming service and has been taking care of my Havanese since his very first wash and cut. She is so skilled, doing exactly what you ask for unless you take her better suggestion, so kind and loving that he’s never shown any fear coming or going. In fact he adores her and they can hardly bear to part. Nails always expertly trimmed, ears cleaned, any mats removed, fluffy and gorgeous and at a fair price with the convenience of right at your door. For weeks after grooming I always get asked who I use.

So Ashley used to groom my small Pomeranian from a puppy until she was about 1.5-2 years old, until I was told by a previous assistant of hers that she was not nice to my dog at all, would rush my dogs groom and wouldn’t brush her because I took good care of her, and that she acts great with the customers but isn’t actually very good or nice to dogs when alone, she came off like she was great with her. So I had actually asked her to watch my dog for a few nights a couple of times, apparently she was just leaving my dog alone for days at a time or an entire weekend in her shop when she told me she was keeping my dog with her at her house. Everything I was told in that conversation completely added up and they knew so much that it just had the feeling it had to be true. This was about 1.5-2 ish years ago now and this post is long overdue. But definitely due, other people should know and have some caution handing over their dogs to her. Again I was only told this by a previous assistant of hers but they gave me too many specific details that I immediately canceled my next appointment and found someone that comes to me in my home. I couldn’t trust it. Take
this as you want, figured it was worth sharing.

We have a 10 year old German Shepherd named Skoka and she sheds A LOT!!! We brought her to Spot SRQ and she has never, EVER had such a wonderful groom! You could actually pet her without gobs of hair coming off in your hand. Ashley's "blow out" technique really gets those layers of fur out of there like I've never seen since we've had Skoka. She even got a beautiful feather in her hair, which she still has weeks after her groom! Our Skoka loves being groomed and we both really loves Spot SRQ!! I would recommend Spot SRQ to anyone who wants a calm, cage-free environment for their pooch and wants their doggie to look and feel beautiful after their groom!
