My fur baby needed his shots today and exam.
The staff is great, and the veterinarian who did the exam and gave him his shots is very patient and gentle.
I have been going to this animal hospital for many years and feel very confident that my fur baby is well taken care of every time.

Our dogs are so lucky to have be referred to Southgate animal hospital. We had been with the same vet for almost 20 years Sadly, they just stopped making an effort. The staff at Southgate is fantastic when I called Joyce walked me through options to help my dog, be comfortable and actually make it into a vet. Our last vet couldn’t even figure out how to touch her. Dr. Casey was amazing and diagnosed another issue on our older dog that our last vet left untreated for almost a year after multiple visits to the vet and hundreds of dollar spent. I could write a book on how great everyone is. But I don’t remember everyone’s name. However you’ll love Joyce , Dr Casey and Piper.

Southgate animal hospital has been the best vet experience I’ve had so far, they took great care of my Boa Constrictor and my Blood Python. Dr. Casey is extremely knowledgeable and outgoing, and I also had the pleasure of working with Lorrie, Jorge, and Joyce. If you are looking for a vet for not only “typical” pets but exotics as well, this is the place to go!

What a wonderful first experience at Southgate Animal Hospital! Joyce called before the appointment to confirm details, listened, asked questions and never rushed me. The entire staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. Dr. Casey obviously loves her job and her animals. She was warm, friendly and described in detail what was going on with Rufus. Dr. Casey, Piper, and Joyce attended to my dogs needs and to my many questions/concerns since we just moved here from Colorado. The experience could not of been better.
