Man best feed store in the city. Carlos & the rest of the staff are great and very helpful. Always have answers too questions & very knowledgeable. 10 out of 5 stars for these guys. Also the store is VERY clean compared to even the smallest of pet shops! Great job overall.

I was looking around for baby chicks and Smelts was the only local place that had them. The gentleman I interacted with was very nice. Unfortunately i do not remember his name but he was helpful in helping me when i went in. Thanks for you help and helping me on this backyard chicken adventure.

First of all I really love shopping a local retailer! I went to get a specific dog food. They were extremely nice and said they couldn’t keep the small dog size because not many people bought it. I totally understood. But…they said they would check their distributor if they could get it. I appreciated it and gave them my information. Said they would call be in the next few days. Never called to let me know.

I realize my purchase would have been “nickels and dimes” but they offered!!! Unfortunately I bought my food at a big box store.

Great customer service. Nice assortment of supplies for our chickens and Guinea pig. Helpful and knowledgeable whenever we have questions about our pet chickens. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend getting chicks here. All of our chicks were healthy babies.
