I can’t say enough good things about this vet. My dog recently underwent dental surgery, and the entire process was handled with so much care and professionalism. From the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, the team was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure my dog was comfortable and well taken care of. The surgery went smoothly, and my dog is now happier and healthier. I’m so grateful to the amazing staff for their dedication and expertise. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about their patients!

Update pending a follow-up from management! Had a recent frightening experience that had me rushing my pup to emergency care. I am waiting to see how many more days I will have to wait for the follow-up to why my 4 month-old, 7 lb. pup was administered 4 vaxxes and groomed very late in the day despite being dropped off at 8AM, meaning no observation period, and within 30 min of picking him up had to rush him to emergency with anaphylaxis and 4 more injections.

Based on high reviews and benefits package I received at adoption, I was looking forward to our pup’s 1st visit. But, I never got to receive service.
Despite having an appt. and waiting over 30 min., I learned I was “inadvertently” overlooked to accommodate a number of walk-ins. After I was “prioritized” to be “next, since I had an appt.,” 2 other people (who, I was confused to see, did not have a pet) were called in, while I again waited.
The final straw that compelled me to leave after being overlooked 2x’s:
I was told I “would be 3rd!” This experience simply conveyed a lack of caring and left me lacking confidence…

The best Veterinary center you can trust your pet with! I have been a client for over 9 years and have seen them grow and take great care of everyone that comes to them. One of the tech’s owns the full brother to my dog!!! I love that they can handle big breeds! My baby, Gibson is a Cane Corso 1 yr old and they do a great job! My old girl Harley is 9 and has been with them since day one. You can be 100% sure they go the extra mile for your pet.

It’s a little bit of a trip for me but I feel it’s worth the drive they were great My Bella will be boarded there while I go on cruise so nice to have a vet a groomer and boarding all in the same place

They took great care of my puppy! He had pneumonia and was out of there within the week! Great service! All the nurses were so nice to us and let me stay as long as I wanted to when I went to visit!

Love this place! The doctors and staff are amazing! So professional, and trustworthy with your pets healthcare needs. I have been coming here on and off for years, surgery, prescription food, and so much more. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby! Both when she was a puppy and now as a senior. Sarasota Veterinary Center has far surpassed our expectations. The staff is very efficient and caring. The vet, Dr. Culp is bright and friendly and very knowledgeable. We had several visits in a row with our new puppy and they resolved all our problems and our puppies problems and made us feel much better. Their follow up is incredible.

When my pup had a respiratory infection, I was really scared, but Dr. Culp knew exactly how to reassure us and provide the best care. His kindness and knowledge made all the difference. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Worth the hour and half drive.
