Staff was very nice and compared to petland where I had purchased first prior that all died within 24 hours, all fish seemed to thrive that I bought from here. The store was clean and helpful as we entered. They were welcoming and asked if I needed help and introduced me to who can when i was ready.

The manager Suzanne was my babies groomer and she was great she not only really proficient in grooming she was a very nice person. I would recommend her all the way, she really knows what she is doing. She was very gentle with my yorkie Logan, he was put to ease with her gentle touch, she even got a kiss from him!!!! I have had a few groomers for him and she was definitely the best!!!!!

This place was cool. It had a bunch of stuff for all animals not just dogs. Pretty nice if your an animal lover of any kind. I took plenty of pictures of animals of all kinds. If you're looking for anything from aquariums and their parts to dog houses this is the place for you.

They had what I needed in stock. I had a coupon which helped with the price plus I was able to combine that with my rewards. Check out was quick, easy, and friendly. And I appreciate that the cashiers respect the environment by not automatically bagging a single bag of dog food, but instead offering one

Petco had the aquarium filter that I needed that would fit the lip of the aquarium. I have bought previously from Pet Smart but they no longer carry the model that fits, I tried another brand and it wouldn't fit. I went on line to order and found that petco had them in stock. A life saver for the fish.

Went in to get an inflatable dog recovery cone. Online said it was in store for 29.99. Went to get the item and at check out it came to 42. Cashier, Jaime, proceeded to ask about price checking but didn't give us the online price when showed the price difference from instore to online. Then she proceeded to say that not all products are the same when purchased through curbside pick up. But clearly the products were the same. Went to re-inflate this cone and the zipper broke, haven't even had it it 24 hours and it broke. This store will be a last resort for our pet needs.

Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the young lady who helpd me. Your company is blessed to have an employee like her. Smiling, going out of her way to help me. I have a new dog and I don't know her size. She tried so many harness to make sure it would fit. Same for the pyjamas and treats. I used to go to PetSmart cause it is close to my house but NO MORE... Petco is my place now. Great customer service!

We have a new pupper that will be joining our family next month and so we began our pet supply shopping experience at the Manatee Avenue store. Was very happy to see how clean the shop is and impressed with the extensive line of pet foods available. We picked up a couple of 'lovies' and will most likely return once we have him home.
