This is by far my pups favorite place to go. They have the best selection of treats and toys as well as some good healthy feeds for dogs and cats. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. My grandmother has also been going here for years for the same reasons.

Specialized foods..... The staff works with you to keep your pet in food, meds, CBD, whatever your fur childs wants and needs are.
They can be busy.... But in the 7 years we've been going there, they have always been professional and taken care of us.

The old guy that works there has the attitude and customer service of a chinchilla with a headache. The rest of the employees are nice but the antiquated and archaic way of ringing up purchases is ridiculous sometimes. I like the pricing when they quote me on the phone. I do it every single time I ask them the price over the phone to test them and its always different when I come in the store. At this point its become like a really fun spin of the wheel roulette game when I come in and they still don't have a proper register to scan items and calculate things. They have to look in a book and put cash in an envelope. But hey their prices are decent. Have fun! I appreciate you responding back but you have done it repeatedly and having a headache and not feeling well is no excuse for acting rudely. Also to think that because you dont have a register it helps you interact with customers better it doesnt. You spend 20 minutes while 15 people are waiting in line to buy one thing. At the end of the day please be accurate, honor your pricing on the phone. If you make a mistake make it right not excuses.

This place is amazing. Their prices are better than Amazon & Chewy. Shop small and local. I also get all the urinary cat food with them. The staff is so helpful and they have an amazing variety of urinary issues cat food.

The Pet Supply Center is a truly wonderful place to shop for your pet. The manager and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, about the products they offer. It’s truly a Sarasota gem. The big corporate stores cannot compare. For your furry friend, The Pet Supply Center and their friendly staff are awesome. Highly recommend.
