Edit: im just a concerned citizen that saw these photos circulating online. Ive been gone from Florida for years, so obviously not a real threat just cant believe what i saw, i recognized this place! please be so forreal. dont go after volunteers that care about animals when employees don’t. Added a star for hearing that the employee who did this is getting fired. So, good.

North Tampa Pet Depot is an excellent destination to purchase your pet's food, and you can even adopt a pet there. During my visit, the staff was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect food for my pet. The store is quite spacious and filled with a wide variety of products. Additionally, North Tampa Pet Depot provides veterinary services with compassion and care.

This is one of the best pet shops I’ve visited! There prices are reasonable! Their animals are healthy and affordable. They care and provide a good customer service!!

A true hidden gem. My boyfriend and I have two cats so we checked out this shop and it did not disappoint. Angel was very accommodating and went out of his way to assist us and recommend some better cat food than we have been using. He also made a point to let us know that they do special orders for customers, price matching, and work to get the products that customers want on the shelves! The customer service was top tier and we definitely will be going back!

“I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this store last week. On Friday I came in after shopping at Publix, and I was really surprised with their selection of premium dog foods and accessories. I had a few questions about the fish and reptiles they had in the store, and Ayden was incredibly knowledgeable, and had answers for all of the questions I asked. I had no idea they had cats either, or such cute ones! The kitties were all so happy to see me, and went up to the cage doors purring waiting for pets. I highly recommend stopping by, even if you just plan on saying hi to the kitties”

I went this weekend to adopt a kitten but the lady in charge was very rude unfriendly and condescending. I didn’t even get a chance to see the kitten. no matter what I said she shut me down. I live in a house with a fenced backyard and would have plenty of room for a cat inside and outside. But it became very clear very quickly that she was prejudice against me. She didn’t proactively explain her expectations instead she shut me down no matter what I said. The conversation took about 30 seconds and I simply won’t come back after this experience

This is the only pet store. I will go to in the Tampa Bay area. As lots of pet stores have employees that really do not care about their dog loving customers. We walked into this place and met a man named angel who was d superior at his job, taught us things that we didn't know. About all aspects of dog food, dog crates, dog toys, dog, everything, this guy is a stand up man and I am glad we came across him. I will only come to this store for any of my pet. Needs, did I mention they have a hospital in the back? Great location, thanks again, angel for everything you do. Woof woof
