Visiting from Seattle. So happy 3 weeks ago when I got a same day appt to have my Norfolk terrier washed. Even happier to get an appt for ‘hand stripping’ her 3 weeks later, today.
Great price and she looks great. I can’t find that in WA.

Don’t bring your dog to this groomer, unprofessional, do not know how to give dog a grooming. I was lost of word when I pick up my dog. Omg she don’t know how to cut a Bichon hair, she shave my dog paw hair right to the skin. It was so red and I m sure it’s sore, my poor boy have been licking his paws since he came home in the afternoon and whole night and the next day found fleas on him.

I brought our Rescue dog, her name is Suggy to Muddy Paws explained the 1 yr old Female German Shepard was rescued from California, She never saw a vet and was never groomed, They said they like a challenge, they bathed her and gave her a de-shedding treatment. She went in a doll came out a princess! They do a great job, We will bring her back in a month so they can do their magic again!!!!

Gracie is awesome. She does an amazing job with my Porter, mid sized golden doodle. She is also helping him be the best doggo he can be with a little training on the side. Recommend her very highly.

THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE, MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THEY COULD CLIP OUR 3 DOGS NAILS AND WE WANTED TO USE THE DOG WASH FOR OUR SENIOR DOG, WE EVEN LEFT MICHELLE A GENEROUS TIP, I AM DISABLED , SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND JUST WATCHED AS WE STRUGGLED TO HURRY THE DOGS IN AND GET THEM BACK OUT SO SHE COULD LEAVE
NEVER, EVER AGAIN AND I TELL FRIENDS, CLIENTS AND RELATIVES ABOUT THIS NASTY EXPERIENCE

I really hate to leave a negative post but the experience I had the last time I went to muddy paws was unlike any i had ever had. We gave this place, this groomer, really, 4 opportunities to just be of service, a service which is very needed in my household. Between my mother and I we have 7 Animals, 3 of which are dogs. Our senior dog requires a lot of extra attention and maintenance, which made this dog wash very valuable. There are days I work late ( in a restaurant) and as muddy paws was open late it was another convenience for us. Still my mother would call to make sure she was still be able to take her animals in there for nail clippings, and we would use the dog wash fo our senior dog. Apparently she said we could come up there so I packed up all the animals in my mother when we went up there might do this to the fourth time we have been there the entire time we were there the lady and the owner I presume did not say a word to me when I paid she did not thank me, where is even acknowledge that I was there. She made my mother and I feel very uncomfortable. When we're leaving she watched me struggle with the doors and the dogs she didn't offer to hold the door she didn't even acknowledge again that we were standing there my mother had a stroke a few years ago and with the three dogs sometimes we have some mobility issues and that's what I expect any help from anybody but for her to just turn her nose up at us as a person I thought was very rude. I was in here about a month ago it has been almost a month has taken me to sit down to even write this review I am that busy but it is a minute still bothers me as a business owner to treat a customer like that it's not right it's sad I will never go back to that place again I'll never give my support to her business or my hard-earned money for her to make me and my mother feel like we were bad people or we were inconveniencing her or whatever her deal was she should have told us not to come in with my mother called then and she knew that we were running late. Being a business owner she should have been happier we were repeat customers and that we kept coming back to her shop but she would ignore me and to not even say that one word to me the entire time I was there or to thank me even after I paid and tipped her 30%? That whole experience was upsetting for not only myself but my mother. We don't have to be friends but she could at least have been pleasant to us at least one of the four times that we brought all our animals up to her business.

I can't thank Michelle Nolan enough for taking my long haired Ragdoll Cat to remove his matted fur. Other "groomers" wanted to sedate him or would not even touch a cat. I was afraid I would have to try to de-matt him myself. I've found my new groomer. Thank you, Muddy Paws Dog Wash.
