Placed two custom name plate orders. They took a very long time to be processed. Called and spoke to someone and gave my cc number for shipping instead of pick up because of the length of time it took. Called a few weeks later and was told they had shipped on Friday (this was a Saturday). Okay great. Wednesday comes around and still no package, so I call, turns out nobody shipped them, they had been sitting there and the worker lied. No resolution to fix this other than to ship at my expense again. This is why people order from smartpak and not support small businesses.

I was fitted for a helmet, but not prepared to purchase at that time. When I came back in a few weeks later, I told the staff that I loved what I'd tried on but needed a helmet in at lower price point. Katie (and I didn't catch the other woman's name) were SO helpful. Immediately helped me, offered me an array of choices, and were so friendly. It was literally one of the best tack store experiences I've ever had, and I will be a repeat customer. I walked out with a gorgeous helmet, that I LOVE, at a price I was more comfortable paying.

I bought my first light Wade saddle from JC Saddelery and it is the best saddle I have owned. It was delivered quickly. The quality is 5 star, so comfortable. I am in my 50's and I wish I would have bought this years ago. I would recommend JC Saddelery to anyone who is looking to buy a saddle.
