They have a wide variety of equestrian products for both the rider and the care of the horse. The only reason I don't give them all the stars is because they don't have as many items for male riders as they do for female riders... this is a bit frustrating, but I understand it's a market issue. The service was very good, the people are friendly

Buyer beware. I bought riding boots at this store recently. While trying them on I told the sales clerk they were too tight on my ankles. She assured me they’d be fine and encouraged me to get them. I tried wearing them inside for days and they hurt so bad I couldn’t stand it. When I tried to return them I was told they don’t take returns at all. They gave me store credit and a bit of attitude. I felt frustrated since I had told them I wasn’t sure the boots would work before buying them. That would have been the perfect time to mention they had a no returns policy. I did see after the fact that they have a no refunds sign that’s hard to see behind their merch. Will not be shopping here again once I figure out a way to spend the store credit.

Decent selection of everything/anything you might need. Staff is not particularly warm, but helpful enough when you need it. They also have great markdowns at their annual sale in the fall.

It is a good place but too expensive actually, the thing I didn't like that they advertised something at their website and when I went to get it, they said we stopped doing that this year, so why you advertising it until now!!
But they have a high quality stuff.

Thank goodness for Carousel. Brick and mortar places with experienced advice are so precious. Carousel graciously provides that.

Carousel always has what I need with kind people to offer advice. There are only high quality items and pricing is reasonable.

Fun to browse also. I almost always find something more to buy.
