From the moment I made the phone call to Good Earth, the friendly voice that answered the phone made me feel at ease. Rhonda was gentle, kind, sweet caring and compassionate towards the loss of my father. She was extraordinary with handling all of the steps I needed to follow in order to get my father cremated and finalize everything. Given I have never had anyone really close to me pass away before, it was really great to have someone explain all the details and walk me through the steps. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a compassionate caring company that will take care of their family remains that they go to Good Earth.

They took care of the cremations of both of my parents. I so appreciated their compassion. They were so discrete and thoughtful when they removed my father. It was more like dealing with a friend, not a business. They knew both my parents wanted their ashes scattered, so they did not try to push expensive decorative urns onto me. I had not even realized that my mom was still wearing earrings, and
they returned to me.

I would not recommend for your loved ones. They told me and my husband that it was unfortunate that I have had more death in my life because I didn't know how this worked they did not tell me thr process or even tell me what happens or my options the convinced me to sign papers and let them handle it. Then still have not discussed a refund for services that were not done per my wishes or my father's nor did they provide 2 death certificates even know I paid for 2 and selected 2. Do not use there service.

I won't ever trust this crematory with a loved one ever again. They don't work well with people, they don't call back when they say they will, they act clueless or snappy no in-between. The average funeral in the state of Florida takes place within 3 to 7 days after death. This crematory found it absolutely insane for us to ask for our loved one 7 days after death. They simply don't do their job!
My family has experience helping others through the death, grief and funeral process. Nowhere have we found a crematory or funeral home perform a worse job.
If you are grieving a loved one and do not know who to trust with their remains do not, I repeat DO NOT USE THIS CREMATORY!
